• Intangible and digital in nature
• Delivered electronically or through online platforms

Due to this nature, we do not offer traditional product returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

4. Revision Policy (Instead of Refunds)

We strongly believe in improvement through revisions rather than refunds.

• ✅ Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope
• ✅ Reasonable modification requests will be accepted
• ✅ Major changes outside the original scope may attract additional charges

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may request a cancellation only before project execution begins
• If cancellation is requested after work starts, no refund will be issued
• Ongoing packages (monthly services) can be canceled before the next billing cycle

6. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• ✅ Amount will be credited through the original payment method
