All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon during the proposal or order confirmation.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made 100% in advance unless a different structure is agreed in writing.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the project has not been started.
- Payment delays may affect project timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for the project.
- Approve drafts, revisions, and final outputs on time.
- Ensure you have right to use any content you provide (images, text, videos, trademarks, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
- All creative content, designs, websites, graphics, and strategies created by Hungrybyte remain our property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Hungrybyte may showcase completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
7. Revisions
- Each service includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the proposal.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, hosting services, domain providers, etc.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime
- Policy violations
- Account suspensions
- Ad rejections or platform-level restrictions
9. Limitation of Liability
Hungrybyte is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or reputation
- Delays caused by the client
- Technical issues outside our control
- Misuse of the website or marketing results beyond the agreed scope
All services are delivered on a best-effort basis.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel any project or deny service if:
- The client violates these terms
- The client behaves unprofessionally or uses abusive language
- Payments are not made on time
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
